Bulk bar oil

anyone getting bar oil in the 55 drum or transmission oil, where do i get some, also, can we run spent engine oil if we strained it, thanks for your input

We buy b&c oil by the case. We get a little bit of a break from the dealer but not a whole lot.
The problem with running used motor oil is it does not have the waxes in it which make the oil stick to the bar. I tried this once about 8 years ago in the winter and it work great if I cut it half in half with summer wieght b&C oil. but when it started to warm up my bar started to heat up, burn and bur up, so I stopped using it.

I am also looking to get bulk b&c oil. I bought some years ago and sold to loggers that brought in there own jug , but the oil company i bought from is no longer around.
